Hello hello! & welcome! I’m Julia, your guide to vaginal steaming and womb wellness. This work is a culmination of my own healing journey and return to a cyclical way of life. Like many of you, I’ve been through the ringer with hormonal imbalances: the struuuuggle of painful periods (enter a debilitating wrestling match with my uterus), inopportune and offensive PMS (think crumple to the ground self loathing, relationship wrecking and brutal emotional chaos), and disconnect to my womb: wondering if there was a better way than just gritting my teeth through it all.

Spoiler alert: there is! And it’s a whole lot more nourishing than just “getting by” and enduring years of monthly suffering.
